I focused most of my programming efforts on Trajec3D the past couple of months, as some functionality were required for 2013 Slope Stability Symposium papers. The focus will now shift to GEM4D, as I want to explore many possibilities further.
Most changes made to GEM4D Version 1.2.7 were to improve the user experience, and also the addition of "under-the-hood" functionality that will be exposed over time:
The latest installation file is substantially larger as more dependency files were added that could be missing from the target computer. Also, additional mathematical libraries were added to support future functionality.
Improvements were made to the mouse interaction with the scene to eliminate spurious jumps that occasionally occurred during double clicking.
GEM4D now support different coordinate systems.
The expiry date was changed to July 2013.
Please keep up the feedback on both GEM4D and Trajec3D.
